An England company, AceOnGroup, builds an affordable solar storage device for sub-Saharan Africa.

AceOnGroup has more than 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing custom battery packs and supplying industrial & consumer batteries globally. The group is a specialist in solar & battery technology and primarily custom-built battery packs.

AceOnGroup builds the SolarSDS mobile storage unit to provide clean, affordable, and sustainable power to regions where electricity is limited. It is inexpensive, versatile, and transportable and desired to replace the loud, polluting petrol generators used during power outages. The device uses an eco-friendly battery & can collect solar power in the day for powering at night. Only 50% of the population has access to electricity in sub-Saharan Africa.

In Nigeria, only 60% of the population has access to electricity. AceOnGroup has collaborated with a Nigerian company to start distribution in the country and expand to the rest of the sub-Saharan countries.
