Avance Media publishes its sixth issue of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans list for 2021.

Avance Media reports the success stories of Africa and changes Africa’s narrative through inclusive rankings across a range of sectors. The list aims to appreciate Africans for their exceptional contributions towards Africa’s development in diverse fields. These individuals were selected based on excellence in leadership & performance, personal accomplishment, commitment to sharing knowledge, breaking the status quo, and being an accomplished young African.

Nigeria has the highest representation with 21 young achievers, followed by Kenya and South Africa at ten each. Uganda and Ghana came in next with seven and six achievers respectfully. The list presents individuals from the technology, business, and entertainment industries and recorded 48 females and 52 males represented from 32 African countries.

The MD of Avance Media, Prince Akpah, stated that Africa is filled with several inspiring young people with the ability to prove Africa’s future worth. He added that African leaders need to train the youth to prepare them to compete with other young people worldwide.
