Ethio Telecom partners with Subex to create a business assurance solution using HyperSense, an AI platform.

Ethio Telecom is Ethiopia’s leading telecommunications solutions provider with over 50 million subscribers. It serves as the primary internet and telephone service provider. It aims to build its managerial capability and workforce talent to operate at the international level.

Ethio Telecom aims to enhance its Revenue Assurance solution to achieve its 5G digital services provider vision. This will allow cutting-edge risk management automation for the operator. Ethio Telecom is undergoing network infrastructure and system enhancements to pilot 5G networks in the coming year.

The telecom operator selected Subex for its success with the existing partnership and the capabilities of the AI platform, HyperSense. With the help of Subex, Ethio Telecom aims to meet its desire for scalability to meet expansion requirements.

Ethio Telecom stated that with the new solution, the operator would ensure a comprehensive business assurance coverage spanning from concept to cash. This vision is in line with Ethio Telecom’s digital transformation project.
