In partnership with Reset Global People, Avance Media chooses Bethlehem Tilahun and Frehiwot Tamru for its Top 100 Women African CEOs. The list presents the most successful African women CEOs from 21 African countries that continue to advance their companies in different sectors in Africa and the world. These women were selected based on profit, sustainability, and influence over their sector, industry, & community. The list aims to celebrate women’s achievements & impacts and inspire the next generation of women.

Bethlehem Tilahun is the founder & CEO of soleRebels, the world’s first and only World Fair Trade Federation FAIR TRADE-certified footwear company. She has been recognized in multiple international magazines such as Moving Woman Magazine, CNN’s 12 Greatest Entrepreneurs of the last century, and FORBES World’s 100 Most Powerful Women. Frehiwot Tamru is the first woman CEO of Ethio Telecom. She is also the CEO and a board member of her own IT company, Doxa IT Technology PLC.
