The Business Executive is West Africa’s leading periodical magazine covering the economy, business, finance, investment, and socioeconomic development. The Business Executive honors African CEOs in various business sectors for contributions to Africa’s UN SDGs. For her contributions to Ethiopia’s telecom sector, Business Executive selects Frehiwot Tamru for Africa’s Most Respected CEO award in the telecommunications category.
Frehiwot is Ethio Telecom’s first female CEO who made several improvements to the company and continues to leverage her leadership skills to expand the sector and boost Ethiopia’s economy.
