Collaboration with IBM enables it to improve its integration capabilities while lowering integration costs, increasing its speed to market, agility, security, and quality of integration tasks. It will also expand its ecosystem by accelerating digital transformation and developing new, innovative customer offerings. Customers can now access services up to 90% faster by reducing the time it takes to close accounts daily, monthly, and annual.
Ethiopia’s telecom sector’s demand for digital banking services is increasing, hastening the adoption of technologies to increase financial inclusion in the country. Smartphones will account for 58% of internet connections in Ethiopia by 2025, according to the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA). It will also play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of digital financial services to consumers. Amole is an omnichannel banking platform that uses IBM Cloud Pak to integrate critical financial transactions such as money transfers, mobile wallets, and more to streamline operations and improve digital customer experiences.
